Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

1. Who we are

VIOLENCECGI ("we", "us") produces AI-generated and CGI video and image content on commission. By buying credits or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. What you're buying

Credits. Credits are redeemed against production of images and video according to the rates shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money once used.

Packs may be customized (length, add-ons, extra images). The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

3. Delivery

Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days from the point we have everything we need from you — brief, references, audio, and any assets. Delays in providing those extend the timeline.

Each order includes 2 rounds of revision. Revisions mean adjustments to the agreed brief, not a new concept. Additional revisions or changes of direction are billed as new work.

4. What you must not order

You may not use this service to commission:

We refuse or cancel orders that fall into these categories, and we may do so after work has started. In that case no refund is given for work already produced.

5. Your material

You keep ownership of anything you send us — audio, images, references, brand assets. By sending it you confirm you actually have the right to use it, and you grant us permission to use it for the purpose of producing your order.

If a third party makes a claim because material you supplied wasn't cleared, that's on you, not us.

6. Rights in the finished work

Once your order is paid in full, you get a worldwide, perpetual licence to use the delivered files commercially — music videos, social media, advertising, streaming, whatever you need.

We keep the right to display the work in our portfolio, social media, and marketing unless you ask us in writing not to before delivery.

Note on AI-generated content: the legal status of copyright in AI-generated material varies by country and is unsettled in several. We grant you everything we're able to grant, but we can't guarantee you can register copyright in the output. If exclusive registered copyright matters to your project, tell us before ordering.

7. What we don't promise

AI generation is not deterministic. We work to the brief and iterate, but we don't guarantee that output will match a reference exactly, or that any specific look, motion, or likeness is achievable. Ordering is not a guarantee of a particular creative result.

We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability of the site.

8. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Orders start once payment clears. Chargebacks filed instead of contacting us first will be disputed with delivery records.

9. Cancellation and refunds

See the Refund Policy. It forms part of these terms.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for lost profits, lost opportunities, or consequential losses.

Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the USA. Disputes go to the courts of the USA.
