Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with the work. We also produce custom content that can't be resold, so the policy reflects both.
Pre-ordered credits (before generator launch)
Credits purchased before the generator goes live are fully refundable at any time up until the launch date. Email art@violencecgi.com with your order details and we'll process it back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, no questions asked.
Once the generator launches and your credits become usable, the standard unused-credits policy below applies.
Unused credits
Refundable in full within 14 days of purchase, as long as none of them have been spent. Email art@violencecgi.com with your order number and we'll process it back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
After 14 days, unused credits remain on your account but are no longer refundable.
Orders not yet started
If you've placed an order and we haven't begun production, you can cancel for a full refund. Just email us.
Orders in production
Once production has started, orders are non-refundable. This is because the work is custom, made specifically for you, and can't be sold to anyone else.
What you get instead: 2 rounds of revision, included. If the delivered work doesn't match the brief we agreed, we fix it. That's the remedy — revisions, not a refund.
If we can't deliver
If we take your order and then can't complete it — for any reason on our side — you get a full refund, no argument.
If your order breaks the rules
Orders cancelled because they violate the content rules in our Terms (real people without consent, sexual content, illegal material, infringing content) are not refunded for work already produced. Unstarted portions are refunded.
Chargebacks
Please email us before filing a chargeback. Almost everything is fixable. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first will be disputed with our delivery records, and the account will be closed.
