How long does delivery take?

We'll inform you with your order confirmation exactly when to expect it. Typically 2–24 hours.

How many revisions do I get?

It's listed on every pack card — most include 1-3 rounds, and the Full Music Video comes with unlimited revisions within the original scope. We revise until it matches your brief.

What if I don't like the result?

Because every piece is custom-made for you, we don't offer refunds once work has started — but we'll revise it until it's right, within your plan's revision rounds. If we clearly missed your brief, reach out and we'll make it right.

Do I own the rights to what you make?

You get it for personal/promotional use by default. Need full commercial rights (streaming, merch, ads)? Add the Commercial License add-on on any pack.

Can I use my own photos or an existing character?

Yes — every pack lets you attach up to 10 reference photos and drop a video reference link so we can match your vision exactly.

How does the self-serve generator / credits work?

What's the referral program?
