What we collect
- Order information — your email address, the package you bought, customization choices, and order history.
- Material you send us — briefs, references, audio, images, and any assets you upload for your project.
- Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We receive confirmation that payment succeeded, the amount, and the last four digits of the card. We never receive or store your full card number.
- Basic technical data — IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected automatically when you use the site.
We don't collect anything else, and we don't ask for anything we don't need to deliver your order.
Why we use it
To produce and deliver your order, to contact you about it, to process payment, to keep records we're legally required to keep, and to prevent fraud. If you've opted in, to send occasional emails about the service — you can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
- Stripe — payment processing. Their privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy
- Our hosting provider — to run the site
- Anyone we're legally required to disclose to — a court order, for example
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
Order records: as long as required for tax and accounting purposes in our jurisdiction, typically 5–7 years. Project files and assets you sent: 90 days after delivery, then deleted, unless you ask us to keep them longer.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. Email art@violencecgi.com and we'll action it within 30 days.
If you're in the EU or UK and unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to your national data protection authority.
Cookies
The site uses only what's necessary to make it work and to complete checkout through Stripe. If we add analytics, this policy will be updated first.
